Our team was delighted to see that Compunet IT solutions recently created two forms for Gaelcholáiste Mhuire A.G. in Cork using Sintel Forms.
They created two forms for the school
1. A Book Rental form
2. A Voluntary Contribution Letter

What the school needed

The school needed forms that could be filled out quickly and easily by parents on any device. They wanted the forms to be easily accessible and stored in a central location. Gaelcholáiste Mhuire A.G. also wanted to able to gather all of this information with no risk of anyone losing or forgetting forms.
They needed to collect information such as:

• Which students would be partaking in the book rental scheme.
• Which students would be re-registering to the school for next year.
• Whether or not their parents might take part in their voluntary contribution scheme.

How Compunet built the forms

The book rental form and voluntary contribution letter were both built using the Sintel Forms Designer.
The forms were created by dragging and dropping each of the elements of the form onto the designer. No code was needed and it was easy for them to style the form in line with the schools’ colours. Both forms include a letter to the parents embedded on the top of the form.
The forms serve as a great example of how schools can streamline their processes with very little effort.
