Transferring your license to another tenant

If you have a paid license of Sintel Forms Studio and need to transfer it to an new tenant the process is pretty simple.
- Install Sintel Forms Studio on the new tenant and activate it see how
- Contact us at info@sintelforms.com providing the old tenant ID and the new tenant ID
- We will transfer the license within a few minutes
If you need to transfer your form templates to your new tenant you can use our Export and Import features.
If you need to transfer the data captured by forms in your old tenant to your new tenant feel free to contact us. We offer consultancy services that can assist you with this process or complete it on your behalf.
