Support and Training
Sintel do not provide support to customers using the free version of our products. However, paying customers can choose from one of two support plans.
- Standard Support
- Premium Support
- Access to our online documentation
- Access to our community forums
- Access to help center to log bugs or issues with the product (max response time 48 hours)
All features of standard plus the following:
- Max response time 4 hours (during working hours 08:00-16:00 GMT Mon-Fri)
- Priority Assistance including email, telephone and remote assistance
- Early release bug fixes
- Prioritised new feature requests
- Training (we provide an online training session to bring your design up to speed quickly, this covers all the features of the product by building a form from scratch)
- Assistance and advice on form design and best practice
Using Sintel Forms is very easy when compared to other solutions such as InfoPath and PowerApps. It’s designed to enable anyone with a little experience using SharePoint, to quickly and easily design forms including automating them using a workflow. To support our customers in getting up to speed quickly we provide the following resources:
- Extensive Online Help Documentation
- Getting started video series
- Monthly training webinar where we build out complete apps including a form, workflow and reports and dashboards.
